Jaemin Lim serves as Secretary General of the Energy Transition Forum in Seoul, a position he has held since February 2020, leading cross-sector collaboration on renewable energy deployment and climate policy implementation. He holds a degree in Public Administration with a double major in Philosophy from the University of Seoul and brings extensive experience in energy transition policy and stakeholder engagement. His career includes government advisory roles and research coordination, notably serving as Chair of the Green Economy & Industry Innovation Subcommittee for the Gyeonggi-do Carbon Neutral & Green Growth Committee since 2023. His expertise spans renewable energy policy development, just transition frameworks, and he has contributed to policy research for government ministries on RE100 expansion and environmental-friendly renewable energy deployment while serving on committees including the Carbon Neutral & Green Growth Committee and Seoul Metropolitan Energy Policy Council.
