Jo Ji-yeon, a policy team intern, is responsible for research and coordination related to agrivoltaics (solar power integrated with agriculture). She explores the feasibility of renewable energy expansion and institutional improvement strategies, with a particular interest in creating structures that move beyond conventional approaches to achieve more efficient and practical energy dissemination.
Motivated by a long-standing interest in environmental issues since childhood, she pursued a Master’s degree at the Graduate School of Environmental Studies, Seoul National University. There, she helped establish and expand a university-wide carbon neutrality council into a national-level network, bridging policy discussions and on-the-ground implementation to drive meaningful, real-world change.
