Public Notice: Candidate Registration for Executive Co-Chairs and Auditor of the Energy Transition Forum (Incorporated Association)
In accordance with Article 11 of the Articles of Association and the Operating Regulations, the Energy Transition Forum (Incorporated Association) hereby announces the candidate registration for the 3rd Executive Co-Chairs and Auditor.
Members who wish to run for office are kindly requested to register as candidates as follows.

1. Candidate Registration Period: February 1 (Thu) – February 8, 2024 (Thu), by 18:00
2. Registration Method: Submit via email (admin@energytransitionkorea.org)
3. Eligibility for Registration:
a. Full members in accordance with Article 6 of the Articles of Association (Rights and Duties of Members)
b. Full members who do not fall under the grounds for disqualification under Article 13 of the Articles of Association (Disqualification of Executives)
*Candidates must have fully paid their membership fees by the date of registration.
4. Election Day: March 8, 2024 (Fri)
5. Required Documents (one copy each):
a. Application for Executive Candidacy (Form 1)
Resume and Candidate’s Activity Plan (Forms 2 and 3)
Consent Form for Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information (Form 4)
b. Recommendation Form (signed by at least 10 voting members for Executive Co-Chairs, or at least 5 for Auditor) (Forms 5 and 6)
*Candidate’s profile and activity plan, excluding personal information, will later be made public on the website.
c. Copy of Resident Registration
