He holds a PhD in Science & Technology Policy from the University of Sussex, UK. His experience includes serving as a visiting researcher at the University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Public Policy and as an adjunct professor at Ewha Womans University. Dr. Seok's expertise addresses critical challenges in Korea's energy transition, particularly market refrom and grid modernization to support renewable energy integration.
